The SL8TE Momentum Membership Policy

By purchasing or using a Momentum Membership, members agree to the following terms and policies.

Membership Access

Momentum Membership provides access to The SL8TE during designated coworking days, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, unless otherwise noted.

Access hours may be modified due to holidays, private bookings, special events, maintenance, scheduled blackout dates, or other operational needs. The SL8TE will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes to coworking availability.

Membership access is intended for coworking, co-creation, networking, meetings, and other approved uses of the space. Certain rooms, equipment, studio areas, productions, private sessions, or services may require advance reservations or additional fees.

Member Conduct

Members are expected to respect the space, staff, other members, guests, furniture, equipment, and property. Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring into The SL8TE.

Activities that are disruptive, unsafe, illegal, damaging to the space, or interfere with another member's reasonable use of the space may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Personal Property

Members and guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times. The SL8TE is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to electronics, production equipment, bags, clothing, vehicles, or other belongings brought onto the premises.

Damage & Responsibility

Members may be held financially responsible for damage to The SL8TE's property, furniture, equipment, or facilities caused by the member or their guests beyond normal wear and tear.

Safety & Assumption of Risk

Members and guests use The SL8TE and its amenities at their own risk. The SL8TE is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the space or participation in activities on the premises, except where responsibility cannot legally be waived.

Membership Changes

The SL8TE reserves the right to update coworking hours, available amenities, access policies, membership benefits, and these policies as operational needs evolve. Members will be notified of material changes when appropriate.

By maintaining an active The SL8TE Momentum® Membership and accessing The SL8TE, members acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
